We’re searching for an Aftersales Customer Care Specialist! Previous technical experience is an asset, but motivation is everything. We are fully equipped with the knowledge and tools required to train you and help you succeed. Your primary tasks:
- Deliver timely responses to our clients across different channels
- Arrange delivery of parts by coordinating with other members of our team
- Issue and manage contracts/warranty/invoices
- Effectively record and manage incoming queries
- Act as the first-line support provider and escalate cases to meet customer SLA’s as required
- Previous experience in a customer support environment
- Fluency in both Maltese and English
- Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (we use Xero and have our own inhouse built system)
- Strong organisational skills
- A serious willingness to learn about our products and services
